Tired?
- Love to eat junk food?   

What you eat and drink can have a big influence on your health now and in the future.  If you eat a lot of yummy junk food, BEWARE!  

Those great fast food places have chips, candy bars, cookies, cakes, ice cream that are loaded with sugar!  Sugar is known for making you feel tired, weak and having no energy.  Everything tastes so good going down, but watch how you feel 20 minutes after eating these goodies.

Another culprit is alcohol.  Yes, that's right....even after drinking just an 'innocent' beer, you might become tired.
  Of course, smoking pot or doing coke also can leave you with a sleepy hangover.

The best way to feel energized and full of life again?  Get off the sugar, drugs and alcohol!
